Noga has been teaching these workshops around the world with great success since 2006 .

How much time we spend with people around us, at home or at work, feeling alone and disconnected? Often, when people are disconnected from their physical body, they need someone else to prove to them that they are capable of expressing joy, movement, stability and joy with their body. Everyone can do this practice, and quite often the students find it has a long-term healing effect on themselves and their peers and family members.

The playful aspect of yoga comes to life in these group sessions. We move together safely, hold each other, jump, twist and twirl, laugh a lot and breathe as one. Climbing on each other, creating simple or complexed human pyramids, is the peak of these sessions, expressing the new creativity and trust between the participants.
